Zinc attaches to Oxygen to increase LGA (Otherwise Cl - too weak nucleophile)
If tertiary alcohol present then immediate Chloride precipitation
If secondary alcohol present then 1-3 min for halide formation
If primary alcohol or Methanol present then no reaction after 3 minutes
